Jokuba's Above The Law (Imp USA) I just loved this dog, he is everything
that the standard calls for, not overdone in any way, right for size and
so balanced throughout, his head is masculine and handsome with just the
right amount of padding on the muzzle, grand eye and expression, just
enough wrinkle where it should be. Well muscled in body with correct
topline, well made front and rear, deep enough in chest, well ribbed
back with short strong loin, well placed and carried tail, so sound and
stylish on the move, just lacks a little in maturity but that will soon
come. Outstanding temperament completed the picture. Delighted to award
him CC & BOB.2nd:
2329 BALL, BRADLEY, MARSHALL, & MYERS Ch Am Ch Asia's Red Marsh Whip It
Good (Imp) Mature and impressive on the move, larger all over that one,
but never the less a very handsome and striking Shar Pei. Res CC.

Utility group
I wish to thank the officers & committee of the society for their
invitation to judge the utility group & the kind hospitality afforded to
both my husband & I on the day. I thoroughly enjoyed going over some
beautiful dogs . I short-listed the Akita male, Ch Hikays Sweet Revenge
at Stecal; Boston bitch, Ch Aprika Route Sixty Six; Dalmatian male, Ch
Washakie Nutcracker Prince; French Bulldog male, Alsuma Shady Knight;
Keeshond male, Neradmik Valentino; Min Poodle bitch, Michandy Great
Expectations by Navarre; Shar Pei male, Am Ch Jokuba’s Above The Law; &
Shih Tzu male, Shanitau’s Mane Attraction.
G1 was the Min Poodle, Michandy
Great Expectations by Navarre, as she had a beautiful head that was long
& fine with a well chiselled foreface, beautiful eyes & tight fitting
lips. Nicely balanced with a pleasing forehand, lovely neck, shapely
well covered body & beautiful rear. Best of coats & turned out so
smartly & she showed a stunning profile outline, she strode out well in
front with a good forward reach & moved tidily behind. Still very young
& not yet fully mature so the best is yet to come.
G2 was the Shar-Pei, Am Ch
Jokuba’s Above The Law, very active, compact & squarely built & so full
of himself, stunning head with almond shaped eyes, correct ears, good
mouth with lovely black pigmentation & broad full muzzle & well padded
lips. Body was shapely, quarters pleasing & he showed a lovely profile
outline. In tip-top condition with a lovely harsh bristly coat & he
looked at me just right with that frowning expression this breed is
known for. Set up & showed beautifully & went well.
